Strength and Conditioning Training

Whether your goal is to decrease body fat, build muscle or improve your general fitness level — our staff and exercise protocol will keep you focused, motivated and accountable.

We offer the following adult training services:

  • Personal Training: 1:1 coach to client ratio | Personalised programming | Offered to those individuals who to prefer to work with their very own strength coach.  Program components including but not limited to the following: soft tissue, mobility, plyometrics, speed, resistance & energy system development

  • Semi-Private Training: Small group training with a 6:1 ratio for athletes ages 14+. Focusing on the fundamentals of form, these trainings ensure that everyone is able to achieve their fitness goals in a supportive environment

  • On-line training: Our Coach is able to cater to a wide variety of needs and abilities, including those who would prefer or need online training. Beginning with an initial zoom consultation, our trainer will create a personalised programming, with weekly check-ins to ensure progress. This program guarantees an open line of communication with your trainer, no matter the time or day.

About our Coach:

Eoin is the academy strength and conditioning coach and trainer. Prior to joining NABA Eoin served as a strength and conditioning coach for Connacht GAA, Galway Hurling Academies and European Elite Soccer. Eoin is currently completing his MSc by research in the area of sports science, in which he works with professional ice hockey club, the Belfast Giants in the EIHL. Eoin also serves as a teaching assistant in IT Carlow Dept. of Science and Health, assisting in teaching modules in exercise physiology, resistance training and fitness instruction. Eoin is a certified personal trainer and has experience training clients of all ages and requirements.
