What is sports performance psychology?

Sport performance psychology focuses on identifying and applying psychological principles that facilitate peak sport performance, enhance people’s participation in physical activities and help athletes achieve optimal human performance.

Have you ever struggled with performing under pressure? Self-confidence? Controlling your emotions during competition? Or managing your well-being?

Have you ever considered the psychological demands of your sport? Or more importantly, how they influence your performance?

As athletes, sufficient time is devoted to preparing physically, tactically and technically. Psychological preparation is often overlooked, yet it is often what separates the good from the great.

Our approach enables individuals/teams to understand why, how and when to implement psychological skills and strategies to maximize their performance. These skills are transferrable across all domains of life and support individuals to optimize their well-being.
